Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Paul Mitchell the School-Honolulu

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Paul Mitchell the School-Honolulu, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Hawaii students paid $19,058 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 90 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 29 students received grants or scholarships totaling $107,265 and 29 students took out student loans totaling more than $301,000.

Including all undergraduates (139), 136 students used grants or scholarships totaling $1.1 million, and 75 students took out $726,050 in federal student loans.
