Of the 3,891 people living in Iroquois Point in 2019, 52 percent (2,025) were women and 48 percent (1,866) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Honolulu Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,181-to-1,158. In the 65 and over age range, there were 99 females and 112 males.
