On Thursday, May 8, former James Campbell High School standout Kaiana Kong collegiate team wins in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship

On Thursday, May 8, former James Campbell High School standout Kaiana Kong’s current collegiate team the Western Washington Vikings won 8-0 against the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles in the NCAA Division II Softball Championship.

The game took place at Pioneer Softball Field at 2:45 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles in the tournament.

The Western Washington Vikings’ next game will take place on Friday, May 9 at 10 a.m. at Pioneer Softball Field.
