Taneia Simanu, former Mililani High School standout, played on Thursday, Feb. 6 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Thursday, Feb. 6, former Mililani High School standout Taneia Simanu’s current college team, the Chaminade Silverswords, lost 14-11 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Hillsdale Chargers.

The game took place at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park. This was their first matchup against the Chargers this season.

The Silverswords’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 12 p.m. at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park against Western Washington Vikings.
