Tui Ickes and Dane Palimo‘o

On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Kamehameha Schools Kapalama Campus standouts Dane Palimo‘o and Tui Ickes’ current college team, the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans, won 15-10 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Sioux Falls Cougars.

The game took place at Francis Wong Stadium. This was their fifth matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Vulcans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 3 p.m. at Francis Wong Stadium against Fresno Pacific Sunbirds.
