On Saturday, March 1, former Mililani High School standout Taneia Simanu’s current college team, the Chaminade Silverswords, lost 6-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Azusa Pacific Cougars.

The game took place at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park. This was their fifth matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Silverswords’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 5 at 12 p.m. at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park against Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles.
