The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Tulsi Gabbard, Tulsi Now, refunded $100 to Charles Drummond on May 8, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: ‘Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company’.

Tulsi Now refunded $406,203 total since December 1, 2019.
