In an effort to expand passport services to West O‘ahu, the City announced that the Kapolei Satellite City Hall will accept U.S. passport applications beginning Dec. 5, 2022.
Online appointments to apply for a new passport at Kapolei Satellite City Hall can be booked at www.alohaQ.org, starting Nov. 21, 2022.
