City and County of Honolulu - After Accepting 8,000 New Applications, the Rental and Utility Relief Program Has Closed to Applications

Keeping our neighbors on Oʻahu housed during the pandemic has helped families whose lives were disrupted the most to get back on their feet. After accepting 8,000 new applications, the Rental and Utility Relief Program has closed to applications. All requests for rent and utility help are being processed on a first-come, first-served basis and approved applications will be paid out as funds are available. No application is guaranteed funding or 18 months of eligibility.

For more information, visit oneoahu.org/renthelp.

Mahalo nui loa to Catholic Charities Hawaii and the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement for all of their hard work in keeping the community safely housed and allowing RURP to make a positive impact!
