NOVEMBER HONOREES: Honolulu City Councilmembers recognized the Epilepsy Foundation of Hawai'i for their efforts in providing supportive programs to individuals with seizure disorders, advocacy on behalf of individuals living with epilepsy and their families, and education to the general public on seizure first-aid and epilepsy awareness. November is Epilepsy Awareness Month, and the foundation continues its efforts in lending support to those and their loved ones who have been touched by epilepsy.
Every month, the Council presents honorary certificates to groups or individuals in recognition of their contributions to our community.
